Happy Wednesday! This week is filled with lots of assignments to complete prior to departing on Friday for eight days of traveling! I'm often guilty of craving a snack while working on homework so I found two great recipes that look delicious and easy!
I love snacking, but
I think it's important to make healthy snack choices. This carrot chip recipe appears to be both
satisfying and good for you! All you need are two large carrots, some olive
oil, and sea salt! Easy as that! This recipe could also serve as a fun side
dish to a dinner meal.
Another
wonderful snack recipe I recently came across on Pinterest is for banana chips!
I LOVE banana chips-they have a perfectly satisfying crunch, but aren't filled
with sugar or other unhealthy ingredients.
All you need to make your own banana chips are two ripe bananas and some
lemon juice (plus an oven and about two hours).
