Being an extremely
novice chef, I love recipes that have limited ingredients and do not require a
lot of preparation or work. So when I
stumbled across this recipe for yummy two ingredient pancakes (only eggs and a banana),
I was thrilled. My usual breakfast consists of yogurt and granola so the
prospect of starting the day with warm, comforting (and easy) pancakes is so
exciting! I'm going to add some cinnamon to the batter as well so that the
pancakes have a fall-y flavor.
